Welcome to Yoga and Meditation with Laurie where we work together to design the best yoga plan for you be it a gentle yoga movement class or more of an advanced flow session. We can design an embodied deep stretch class that consists of allowing time and gravity to stretch the deep layers of fascia and softening of the tissues. This is done by way of holding poses for longer periods of time which also builds strength and increases flexibility in your body.
Yoga with Laurie will help one get back in their body becoming more aware of their own health and wellness and the importance of regular stretching and movement.
Meditation helps the body to relax and stay calm. The meditation we do together is guided and often paired with breath work that fosters a transition with ease. You will dive deep and end the session feeling calmer, more relaxed and in a better state of mind. Yoga can be done individually or in groups.
