Welcome to Yoga and Meditation with La where we work together to design the best yoga plan for you be it a gentle yoga flow or more of an advanced flow session. We can design an embodied deep stretch class that consists of allowing time and gravity to stretch the deep layers of fascia and softening of the tissues. This is done by way of holding poses for longer periods of time which also builds strength and increases flexibility.

Yoga with La will help one get back in their body as well as help them be more aware of what their body needs. This can lead to greater health and well being. If everyone knew how great yoga could make them feel then they all would be doing it.

Meditation helps the body to relax and stay calm. The meditation we do together is guided and often paired with breath work that fosters a transition with ease. You will dive deep and end the session feeling calmer, more relaxed and in a better state of mind. .
