Hello you are invited to our brand new Crackers and Nuts spiritual support group. This is a FREE online spiritual and everyday living and guidance support group. Many different topics (stress management, emotional regulation, being healthy in today’s world, spiritual warfare, trauma, etc.) will be brought to light, inspected, drilled out and glued back together in a way that can bring new insights, renewed purpose, direction, clarity, balance and possibly even healing for old hurts and traumas. All are welcomed with the exception of a participant not having used any drugs or alcohol within 48 hours of the group. Craniosacral therapy is being offered at up coming psychic and mystic fairs in Maine also reiki classes and yoga
It is that time of year again when the psychic and mystic fairs come into full swing. On Sunday August 21st , 2022 I will be offering craniosacral therapy sessions, divination, cord cuttings, and shamanic services at the Ramanda Inn in Augusta, Maine. On August 27th, 2022 there is another mystic fair at the Armory in Augusta. On September 18, I will be at the Fairfield Community Center 61 Water street offering services in the Mind Body Spirit Festival and on October 16 I will be at the Hilton Garden and Inn for that Mind Body Spirit Festival. My Reiki and Energy flow class starts on October 12, 2022 at 5:30pm, through the Fairfield Adult Ed, call now 207-453-4200 to register. I didn't really know what to expect when I had my Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions with LA. I found the therapy helped me in many ways, it made me feel calm but also was very rejuvenating. I felt energized, and able to cope better with any challenging situations that I had to face; it gave me strength. One surprise was that It made my hip feel better I felt a decrease in pain and an increase in function immediately after the session.
During the session, I found a place of deep relaxation and there was a sense of rebalancing. Also, during the session, La was always very willing to answer the millions of questions that I had. LA was amazing for helping me heal trauma from my past and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and issues with my family. She allowed me to step into my truth and to respond from my heart.

LA has a profound understanding of the mechanics and patterning of trauma, as stored in the cells and tissues of the body as well as the energetic field. She also understands – and utilizes – a myriad of mechanisms for releasing trauma. At once gentle and compassionate, LA also seems to have the ability to focus energetically with enormous precision, bringing about what I feel is a deep and permanent transformation within me.

I had 3 Craniosacral sessions with Laurie. The first visit I experienced release of stuck energy. I felt tired afterwards but the next day I felt great! The second session was different. I felt pain in my leg which got worse until it released. A memory surfaced from childhood which I had forgotten. I could feel energy blocks dissolve. I was energized and slept great. The third session I remember I had a sharp pain in my head. Laurie kept working and the pain traveled down into my lower body then leg then the pain in my head released and the energy was filling my body. It was pretty amazing. I saw a film of images almost like a movie tape with all kinds of different people. At the end of the session I felt great, feeling so calm and relaxed. I will continue with sessions over time.

Craniosacral therapy for infants, a biodynamic approach to healing
Hello All,
Well, I finally finished my 2- year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Training. One of my favorite seminars was working with pregnant people, infants, babies and children. My life’s work has been working with children in a number of roles including many years of being a child therapist. Now I get to do craniosacral s therapy with babies and children which makes me happy. This light touch body work helps to reset the bodies system back to baseline, like the system restore button found on one’s computer when things get messed up which can happen during labor and delivery.
Craniosacral therapy for infants, babies and children can help calm their central nervous system so that they sleep and feed better. Infants who have had a difficult birthing process can start to find more calmness and balance in their systems. Infants with head trauma often have issues with poor spinal fluid circulation and the stimulation of the bones and tissue in the baby’s head and lower back can improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.
Not only do babies benefit from Craniosacral therapy but so don’t parents as it also can help to soothe their nervous systems and bring more easy and fluid movements into the body.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Central Maine . A light touch form of body work that can help alleviate aches and pains
Hello lovely people, today I am going to write a little more on Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy -BCST. This is a wonderful treatment modality. It is very rare that one can sit with another and hold their sacrum or cranium and feel such deep layers of change occurring within the body. It’s like what happens when you watch a flower or baby bud unfolding such as the little buds that are now on the trees unfurling as spring marches in. That’s what can happen in the body, parts unfurl, fascia unfolds, softens, stretches, shines, and blood flows like rain drops that fill small brooks which flow into larger lakes. All of this and I get to be a part of it and you can too.
BCST is really for anyone, any age, race, gender, animal. The only requirement is that you have a body and show up. You don’t even have to be very much in your body though it helps. Children and babies love this work. Pregnant people can also find release from body discomforts and may find sleep improves for them as well as digestive issues. Infants who may be fussy or colicky can improve tremendously.
Are you having chronic pain or just feeling stressed and overwhelmed, BCST can make a big difference for you. It also wonderful for teeth grinding, TMJ concerns and yes the work is done inside of the mouth though lots of TMJ work can also be done outside of the mouth.
BCST is so much more… I simply enjoy watching the tide sweep in and bring gifts to the being on the table and to see the before and after effects. BCST doesn’t just stop after the session as once the body has gone through the session the body continues to make healing adjustments bringing continued wonders.
